The short version

I scaled a data business from a blank spreadsheet to eight-figure revenue. Along the way, I broke most of the things I am now paid to fix.

The first time I hired a senior leader, I got it wrong. That mistake cost six figures and six months. The first time I sat in a board meeting, I could not answer a question about unit economics — not because I did not know the numbers, but because I had never been taught to present them. The first time my business needed me to stop doing the work and start building the machine, I resisted for a year because the work was where I felt competent.

Every one of those failures followed a pattern I now recognise instantly. They were not failures of intelligence or effort. They were structural — the inevitable consequence of a founder outgrowing the operating system that got them to where they were.

That is why I built ClarityOS. It is the operating system I wish someone had installed for me at £2M, at £5M, and again at £8M. Every framework, every diagnostic, every session structure was forged in the actual work of scaling — not in a coaching certification programme.

Operating Experience

Where the frameworks come from

ClarityOS is not built from theory. It is extracted from fifteen years of operating across sectors where the stakes are real, the decisions are fast, and the margin for error is thin.

Data & Analytics
Scaled from zero to eight-figure revenue. Built commercial teams, installed operating rhythms, and navigated the transition from founder-led sales to a repeatable engine.
SaaS & Technology
Product strategy and go-to-market across multiple B2B platforms. Learned that the product is never the problem — the operating model around it always is.
Web3 & Blockchain
Built commercial infrastructure for blockchain ventures. Operated in markets where ambiguity is the baseline and conviction must be earned, not assumed.
Governance & Regulation
NED and Finance & Audit Committee member for a UK press regulator. Understands how businesses look from the board's perspective — not just the founder's.

What I learned

The problems founders face between £1M and £10M are not unique. They are structural. They follow patterns. A founder who cannot see the pattern will try to solve a structural problem with more effort. An operator who has been through it will diagnose the structure and fix the system.

What I do not do

I do not do motivational speaking. I do not run 12-week programmes. I do not use the words "mindset", "alignment", or "unlock your potential." I diagnose structural problems in scaling businesses and install the systems to fix them. That is it.

Who I work with

Tech founders and CEOs between £1M and £10M in revenue. Ambitious people facing structural challenges — not victims, not burnout cases. High-performers who need a co-pilot who has flown this route before.

The Difference

Coach vs. Consultant vs. ClarityOS

You have seen coaches selling transformation. You have hired consultants who delivered a deck and left. ClarityOS sits in a different space entirely.

Typical Coach

"How does that make you feel?"

Motivational language. Curriculum-based. Measures success by how the founder feels after a session.

Typical Consultant

"Here is our 80-page report."

Analysis without implementation. Arrives with a framework, applies it regardless, and leaves before the hard work starts.

Ready to talk?

A 30-minute triage call. I diagnose one structural problem and give you a specific recommendation. No pitch.
