What if I'm not sure which tier is right?

Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Yes. After your minimum commitment, you can move between tiers monthly. Most clients start at Operator and stay there. Some upgrade to Premium when preparing for fundraise or M&A.
How is this different from a consultant or advisory board?
Consultants give you a deck and leave. Advisory boards meet quarterly. I work alongside you weekly, building the systems in real-time, holding you accountable, and making the difficult decisions with you. I'm an operator who coaches, not a coach who advises.
Do you work with pre-revenue companies?
Typically no. ClarityOS™ is designed for companies with at least some revenue traction (£500k+). If you're pre-revenue, the Founder Forum might be a better fit whilst you build your initial customer base.
What industries do you work with?
Tech companies only—SaaS, AI, Web3, blockchain, data—because the frameworks are built for recurring revenue and product-led scaling. I don't work with e-commerce, retail, or services because the dynamics are fundamentally different.
What's your cancellation policy?
After the minimum commitment, 30 days' notice. I don't lock you in because I don't need to. Clients stay because the results speak for themselves.
How many clients do you take on?
Maximum 8 at any time. I don't scale by diluting attention. Every client gets deep, focused partnership. When I'm full, I'm full — and you'll join the waitlist.
