I’ve spent the last 20 years building and scaling businesses where the stakes were high and the margin for error was thin. From helping take a data business from zero to £60m in revenue, to leading growth at ByteDance during its global expansion, I’ve seen first-hand what it takes to push through the messy middle of scale.

What I learned? Growth isn’t just about ideas or effort. It’s about clarity - of purpose, of systems, of people. Without it, even the smartest teams stall. With it, ordinary teams achieve extraordinary results.

That’s why I built ClarityOS™ - a simple operating system for founders who’ve outgrown winging it but don’t want corporate bureaucracy. It’s designed for businesses between £1m and £10m in revenue, where the leap from founder-led hustle to repeatable growth can make or break the company.
