About Me

I’ve played every level of the game you’re trying to beat.

Most consultants have read about scaling. I have lived it.

From founding my own agency at 25 to leading global expansion for the company behind TikTok, my career has been defined by one thing: Building revenue engines that don't break under pressure.

I am not here to give you "tips." I am here to install the Operating System I used to generate over $100M in combined revenue across four different exits and scale-ups.

The Track Record (Scars & Trophies)

1. The Global Scale (The "ByteDance" Years)

Role: Chief Revenue Officer (EMEA), BytePlus (ByteDance).

  • The Mission: Take the technology behind TikTok and sell it to the world.
  • The Result: I led a 600% year-on-year growth trajectory, launching 8 products simultaneously across 4 verticals. I didn't just sell software; I built the entire GTM infrastructure for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from scratch.

2. The "Unicorn" Run (The Dynata Years)

Role: Global VP of Sales.

  • The Mission: Build a SaaS division from the ground up inside a data giant.
  • The Result: We went from $0 to $60M ARR in just 5 years. But the number I’m proudest of isn't the revenue, it’s the 62% EBITDA. We didn't just grow; we grew profitably. I built an 80-person team across the US, Europe, and Asia that ran like a machine.

3. The Founder’s Journey (The Early Years)

Role: Founder & MD, Q Research.

  • The Mission: Pioneer mobile web research before the iPhone was even dominant.
  • The Result: I bootstrapped from £0 to £5M ARR in under 4 years and successfully exited via acquisition. I know what it feels like to make payroll from your personal savings. I know the loneliness of the founder’s seat because I’ve sat in it.

Why I Built ClarityOS™

Throughout this journey, from Zokem to Nielsen, from startup to big tech, I realised that success leaves clues.

The companies that scaled without breaking all had the same three things:

  • Clarity of Vision: They knew exactly who they were.
  • Rhythm of Execution: They didn't rely on heroism; they relied on cadence.
  • Data Discipline: They made decisions based on numbers, not feelings.

I built ClarityOS™ to package these 20 years of lessons into an installable system for founders in the £1M–£10M "Death Valley."

I don't guess. I execute.
